Who I Am

I am a Senior Instructional Designer with over eight years of experience creating learning experiences that are not only engaging but truly impactful. I enjoy designing solutions that help people understand complex ideas and apply them with confidence, especially through innovative approaches like AI driven learning. I have worked on large scale training programs, including developing over 100 instructional videos, and I am always looking for ways to make learning more accessible, interactive, and meaningful.

What I enjoy most about my work is collaborating with others and building strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create solutions that truly meet real needs. I take a thoughtful, data driven approach, but I also care about the human side of learning and making sure people feel supported and confident.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my dogs, trying new restaurants, and spending time in my garden. I also value connecting with my community and building meaningful relationships, which is something I bring into both my personal and professional life.
